Well, as you can see, the new blog is alive and well. I have just a few comments to make about it...
Well, as you can see, the new blog is alive and well. I have just a few comments to make about it...
First of all, it is utilizing the DotNetNuke portal framework and is actually a sub-portal of my other web site (strohlsitedesign.com). Second, since I didn't want to spend the time creating another skin (I have too many to work on right now), I simply modified the Tranquility skin by Tyler Fawcett. The skins on that web site are among the best that I have ever seen. I encourage you to go there and buy one! :)
The other reason I modified this skin is because I know someone else who did and being the competive person I am, I wanted to see if I could modify it better. (I think I did.) And yes... I took the picture of the crocodile. It was at Busch Gardens in Tampa, FL.
Please Note: My blog originally was hosted at Blogger, but due to the
limitations of their service, I decided to do this myself (with the help of
DotNetNuke, of course). All posts have been transferred with their original
content, minus the comments. - Will (04/12/2007)
Future Plans
I plan on moving my photo album to this blog. I also plan on putting some free resources here (probably DotNetNuke related), but I doubt I will find the time. Let me know if you want anything else here.
*Edit* I just had an idea... Perhaps I can put my bookmarks on here for others to use as well... :) I don't know. It's just an idea.
